Rob Marcello
Robert Marcello (born Robert Wendelstam Lovbom, September 9, 1977, Örebro, Sweden) is a neoclassical metal, rock and jazz/fusion guitar player who replaced Andy Timmons as the lead guitarist of the band Danger Danger in 2003. Kee Marcello, his brother, was guitarist of Europe band. He has also played in the bands Ironhorse, Obsession, Twenty 4 Seven, and Marcello-Vestry. In late 2009 he was also a stand-in guitarist in the 1980s band House of Lords. Rob plays Caparison Guitars and is sponsored by Boss Corporation, he is featured as the guitarist for many of their pedal demonstration videos. Europe (band)
Europe is a Swedish rock band formed in Upplands Väsby in 1979, by frontman Joey Tempest, guitarist John Norum, bassist Peter Olsson, and drummer Tony Reno. They obtained a major breakthrough in Sweden in 1982 by winning the televised competition "''Rock-SM''" (Swedish Rock Championships): it was the first time this competition was held, and Europe became a larger success than the competition itself. Since their formation, Europe has released eleven studio albums, three live albums, three compilations and twenty-four music videos. Ironhorse
Ironhorse was a Canadian rock band from Vancouver, formed by Randy Bachman, the former The Guess Who and Bachman-Turner Overdrive guitarist and singer. The initial incarnation of the band also included Tom Sparks (vocals, guitars), John Pierce (bass) and Mike Baird (drums). This line-up of Ironhorse released 1979's ''Ironhorse'' album on the Scotti Brothers label, and had a minor U.S. hit single in April 1979 with " Sweet Lui-Louise", which peaked at #36 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart. In Canada, the song peaked slightly higher at #26. The same track reached #60 in the UK Singles Chart. Ironhorse then had an almost complete line-up change, retaining only Bachman. The second incarnation of Ironhorse consisted of Frank Ludwig (lead vocals, guitars); Bachman (guitars, vocals); Ron Foos (bass) and Chris Leighton (drums). Zinny J. Zan (born Bo Stagman on January 18, 1964 and earlier known as Bosse Belsen) is a Swedish rock/glam metal singer who is the former lead-singer for Shotgun Messiah and is currently the founder and frontman for Zan Clan and reunited Easy Action. Musical career Zinny J. Zan is probably best known internationally as the original lead singer for the 1980s glam metal band Shotgun Messiah (1985–90). However, he was already well known in his native Sweden by the time he was 18, when his band Easy Action (1981–85) toured Scandinavia and soon thereafter signed a contract with Warner Bros. Records. Easy Action was the first Swedish music artist ever to sign a worldwide deal. His music career started earlier when he played drums in band such as Belsen Boys, Alarm X and Beauty Box. Danger Danger is an American glam metal band formed in Queens, New York, in 1987. History Danger Danger was formed in 1987 by former Hotshot members lead vocalist Mike Pont, bassist Bruno Ravel (born 1964), and drummer Steve West (born 1964). This lineup also featured then future Hotshot guitarist Al Pitrelli (born 1962) and the former keyboardist of Jazz/Rock/Fusion group Get With It, Kasey Smith (born 1960). Mike Pont later left the band and was replaced by Ted Poley (born 1962), who previously played in the band Prophet as drummer, and sometimes lead vocalist. Somewhere during this time, they made a failed attempt at recording a demo. They made another attempt at recording a demo and this time it landed them a recording contract with Epic Records. Boss is a manufacturer of Effects unit, effects pedals for electric guitar and bass guitar. It is a division of the Roland Corporation, a Japanese manufacturer that specializes in musical equipment and accessories. For many years Boss has manufactured a wide range of products related to effects processing for guitars, including "compact" and "twin" effects pedals, multi-effect pedals, electronic tuners and Guitar pedalboard, pedal boards. In more recent times, Boss expanded their product range by including digital studios, rhythm machines, Sampler (musical instrument), samplers and other electronic music equipment. House Of Lords (band)
House of Lords is an American rock band based out of Connecticut, with members in New Jersey and Florida. History House of Lords was formed in 1987 by former Angel member and keyboardist Gregg Giuffria following his solo project Giuffria. After listening to demos – originally intended for Giuffria's third record – a record deal with Gene Simmons' company Simmons Records was agreed upon, on two conditions: to change the band's name (to House of Lords) and to recruiter a new lead singer (firing David Glen Eisley in the process). James Christian replaced Eisley. Christian was suggested by ex-Giuffria and Quiet Riot bassist Chuck Wright, after having worked together in L.A. Rocks. House of Lords' eponymous debut was released in 1988, featuring a heavier sound than Giuffria’s and less prominent keyboards.
