Right Now (Asian Kung-Fu Generation Song)
"Right Now" is a song by Japanese rock band Asian Kung-Fu Generation. It was released as the single on January 6, 2016 and it was used as the theme song for the 2016 film, ''Pink and Gray''. This is the second time the band didn't use Yusuke Nakamura's artwork on their single, instead they just used the simple artwork of pink and grey color to fit in with the film. Music video The music video for "Right Now" was directed by ''Pink and Gray is a 2016 Japanese drama film directed by Isao Yukisada. It was released in Japan on January 9, 2016. Asian Kung-Fu Generation
(stylized as ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION) is a Japanese alternative rock band formed in Yokohama in 1996. For its entire career, the band has consisted of vocalist Masafumi Gotoh, guitarist Kensuke Kita, bassist Takahiro Yamada, and drummer Kiyoshi Ijichi. Starting out as a college band, Asian Kung-Fu Generation released a series of independent EPs featuring lyrics mostly sung in English. In 2002, they released their major-label EP debut '' Hōkai Amplifier'', from that point singing their lyrics in Japanese. The band's musical style is influenced by seminal Western alternative rock acts as well as their own local Japanese indie-rock and punk scene. Kaho (actress)
, better known by her stage name Kaho, is a Japanese actress and fashion model. Kaho has won multiple Japanese entertainment industry awards, including a Hochi Film Award, a Nikkan Sports Film Award, and a Japan Academy Prize. Career Kaho was scouted in Omotesandō while still an elementary school student, and she began her career as a model for Japanese teen magazines. Indie rock is a Music subgenre, subgenre of rock music that originated in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand from the 1970s to the 1980s. Originally used to describe independent record labels, the term became associated with the music they produced and was initially used interchangeably with alternative rock or "Pop rock, guitar pop rock".
