Riemer See
The Riemer See lake in Riemer Park, was a part of the Bundesgartenschau 2005, and is an artificial lake in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. The Riemer Park which is located in the new Messestadt Riem, was planned by the French landscape architect Gilles Vexlard. The Riemer See is located in the most eastern part of the park. It makes up a fresh water area of approximately 7.7 hectares, and is 14 meters deep, in some areas as deep as 18 meters. The lake is surrounded by the park which includes a north shore, pier and beach area that makes up another 6.1 hectares. Planning The north shore connects the lake with the emerging new residential districts and takes on an urban character through its quays and promenades. The remote urban areas transition to the landscapes scenic south shore designed with extensive meadows and planted trees. Messestadt Riem
Messestadt Riem (literally: Convention City Riem; Central Bavarian: ''Messestod Ream'') is an urban district in the east of Munich. It is part of the municipality 15 Trudering-Riem, and located entirely on the grounds of the 1992 abandoned Munich-Riem airport and includes today, along with a residential area, the Neue Messe München trade fair center and the Riem Arcaden shopping mall. History Messestadt Riem is, after Freiham, the second youngest district of Munich. After the flight operation was moved in 1992 to the new Munich Airport, the old airport building in Riem could be emptied and the construction of the new exhibition center started from the mid-1990s, with the corresponding rapid transit connections in the following years. Groundwater is the water present beneath Earth's surface in rock and soil pore spaces and in the fractures of rock formations. Tertiary

Surface water rescue is defined as the rescue of a person who is afloat on the surface of a body of water. Within Canada, any significant sized body of water, whether in mid-summer or winter, is considered cold water. Although multiple agencies respond to such rescues, including police, fire department, and emergency medical services, their functions, responsibilities, and level of training for such a technical rescue are quite different.
