Richmond Park, Carmarthen
Richmond Park is a Welsh Premier League stadium in Carmarthen, Wales. Situated on Priory Street, it is currently used for football matches and is the home ground of Carmarthen Town AFC. The stadium holds 3,000 people with 1,000 seats in the Clay Shaw Butler stand. The stand is arranged with 1,000 yellow and black seats in rows, matching the colour of the home team's kit. History The club announced they would be installing a 3G all-weather pitch for the 2017/18 season. Carmarthen Town began the season with a number of games away from their Richmond Park home due these pitch renovations. With the new pitch the 'Old Gold' joined a growing list of Welsh Premier League clubs to install a 3G/4G pitch. Richmond Park has been used for a number of International football matches. Richard James Peniket (born 4 March 1993) is a footballer who plays for Gulf United as a forward. Playing career Walsall Peniket was born in Stourbridge, West Midlands, and began his football career with Walsall. Fulham In 2009, despite interest from Manchester United, Peniket joined Fulham. In June 2010, Peniket signed his first professional contract, keeping him until 2013. 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Championship Qualification
The qualifying round of the 2011 UEFA U-19 Championship was the first of two qualifying rounds for the finals tournament of the 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Championship. During these rounds, 52 national teams competed to determine the seven teams that will join the already qualified host nation Romania. The first qualifying round was played between 28 September and 30 October 2010. The 52 teams were divided into 13 groups of four teams, with each group being contested as a mini-tournament, hosted by one of the group's teams.
