Richard Hardwick
Richard Hardwick (born 31 May 1994) is a Namibian professional rugby union player who plays for the Ealing Trailfinders in the RFU Championship and Namibia as a loose forward. He previously played for the and the Melbourne Rebels in Super Rugby, while he played for and Melbourne Rising in the National Rugby Championship. Early life Hardwick was born in Namibia, but raised in Western Australia. He attended Churchlands Senior High School in Perth and was selected for the Australia 'A' Schoolboys team in 2011. Hardwick earned his stripes playing for University of Western Australia in the local Premier Grade (1st Grade) competition. He previously played in the Juniors for UWA. In addition he spent two years with the Future Force squad preparing to become a Super Rugby player. The Western Australia Rugby Union (RugbyWA) is the governing body of rugby union in Western Australia. It was founded in 1893 and the inaugural 4 team competition commenced in 1895. The highest competition run by the union is the RugbyWA FMG Premier Grade. The Union was founded in 1893. 2020 Super Rugby AU Season
The 2020 Super Rugby AU season (branded as Vodafone Super Rugby AU for sponsorship reasons) was a professional club rugby union tournament organised by Rugby Australia. Sponsored by communications company Vodafone, the tournament replaced the Australian component of the incomplete 2020 Super Rugby season that was shut down in March of that year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It featured the four teams from the 2020 Australian conference, with the addition of former Super Rugby franchise the Western Force. 2020 Super Rugby Season
The 2020 Super Rugby season was the 25th season of Super Rugby, an international men's rugby union competition organised by SANZAAR involving teams from Argentina, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Africa. It is the third tournament in its current 15 team format, the last before the Japanese side the Sunwolves withdraw from the tournament ahead of a new format in 2021. The 2019 Rugby World Cup was the ninth edition of the Rugby World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's rugby union teams. Matt Philip (born 7 March 1994) is an Australian rugby union footballer who currently plays as a lock for the Melbourne Rebels. He previously played for the Western Force and also the Perth Spirit in Australia's National Rugby Championship. Bill Meakes (born 23 February 1991) is an Australian professional rugby union player currently playing for Chicago Hounds in Major League Rugby (MLR).
