Richard Chang (Costco)
Richard Chang (; born 1964) is a Taiwanese American businessman and retired basketball player who is the commissioner of the P. League+. After playing collegiate basketball for UC Berkeley and representing Taiwan in international basketball tournaments in the 1980s, he joined Costco and rose to the position of senior vice president and regional manager for Asia. Early life and education Chang was born in Taiwan in 1964, and moved to Southern California at the age of four with his family. He grew up in Huntington Beach and attended Edison High School, where he was a forward on the school basketball team and a teammate of Rick DiBernardo. His senior year, Chang was named to the All- CIF 4A first team, which also included Jay Bilas and Kerry Boagni. He also joined the track and field team, where he set the school's junior varsity men's high jump record of 6'6" in 1980. The NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, branded as NCAA March Madness and commonly called March Madness, is a single-elimination tournament played each spring in the United States, currently featuring 68 college basketball teams from the Division I level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), to determine the national championship. Stephen Dao Hui Hsu (born 1966) is an American physicist, who has previously worked as a tech executive and a university administrator. Early life and education Hsu was born and raised in Ames, Iowa. His father Cheng Ting Hsu (1923–1996), who was born in Wenling, Zhejiang, in what was then the Republic of China, was a professor of aerospace engineering at Iowa State University in Ames from 1958 to 1989. Stephen Hsu's mother was also originally from China, and Hsu had a grandfather who served as a general in the National Revolutionary Army of the Chinese Kuomintang government.
