Richard Agar
Richard Agar (born 20 January 1972) is an English professional rugby league coach who is the former head coach of the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League and a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s. He played at club level for the Dewsbury (Rams) (two spells), the Featherstone Rovers ( Heritage No. 823) (two spells), the Widnes Vikings ( Heritage No.) and the Rochdale Hornets, and has coached at representative level for France, and at club level for the York City Knights, Hull F.C. (two spells, initially as Assistant Coach), the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, and Warrington Wolves (First Team Coach ). Pontefract is a historic market town in the Metropolitan Borough of Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England, east of Wakefield and south of Castleford. The West Riding of Yorkshire is one of three historic subdivisions of Yorkshire, England. 2021 Super League Season
Super League XXVI, known as the Betfred Super League XXVI for sponsorship reasons, was the 26th season of the Super League and 127th season of rugby league in Great Britain. The 2021 season was originally scheduled to begin on 11 March 2021, however, on 14 January 2021, it was announced that all clubs had agreed to push the start date back by two weeks, to increase the chances of fans being able to attend matches. St Helens are the reigning champions going into Super League XXVI, after successfully retaining their title against Wigan Warriors, in the Grand Final. Marc Palanques (born 27 May 1961) is a French former professional rugby league footballer and a former CEO of the French Rugby League Championship team AS Carcassonne, he is the current president of the French Rugby League Federation since July 2016. He was captain of France national rugby league team in 1987. Marc Palanques started his career at Saint Jacques in 1979, before moving to Limoux Grizzlies, Limoux then AS Carcassonne, Carcassonne. With the latter, he won his first title: the 1983 Lord Derby Cup, French Cup. Tony Smith (born 24 January 1967) is a professional rugby league coach and former player He played for the Illawarra Steelers and St. George Dragons in the ARL, and Workington Town in the Super League. Super League XX
The 2015 Super League season, known as the First Utility Super League XX for sponsorship reasons, was the 20th rugby league season since the Super League was introduced in 1996. Twelve teams competed over 23 rounds, including the Magic Weekend, after which the eight highest entered the play-offs for a place in the Grand Final. The four lowest teams entered the Super League Qualifying Play-off, along with the four highest Championship teams, to decide which will play in Super League XXI. Peter Sharp
Peter Sharp (born 16 July 1954) is an Australian professional rugby league coach. He was most recently the interim coach of the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the National Rugby League. Coaching career Sharp has been the head coach of the Northern Eagles and Manly-Warringah from 1999 to 2003. John Kear (born 25 November 1954) is an English professional rugby league coach who is the head coach of the Widnes Vikings in the Betfred Championship and the Wales national rugby league team.
