Reynier Casamayor Griñán, known as El Médico (born c. 1975, Santiago de Cuba), is a Cuban musician and medical doctor. He is best known for being a composer and performer of reggaetón music in Cuba and enjoyed some success in Spain with the genre. He attended the University of Santiago de Cuba in 1993 where he studied medicine and graduated in 2002, specializing in general medicine. Daniel Fridell (born 31 March 1967) is a Swedish film director and producer. Early life Daniel Fridell grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. Sierra Maestra
The Sierra Maestra is a mountain range that runs westward across the south of the old Oriente Province in southeast Cuba, rising abruptly from the coast. The range falls mainly within the Santiago de Cuba and in Granma Provinces. Some view it as a series of connecting ranges (Vela, Santa Catalina, Quemado Grande, Daña Mariana), which join with others to the west.
