Revolution (2022)
The 2022 Revolution was the third annual Revolution professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on March 6, 2022, at the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida. The event aired through traditional PPV providers, as well as Bleacher Report in the United States and FITE TV internationally. It was the culmination of a three-day event, which began with an episode of '' Rampage'' on March 4 and then a fan fest on March 5, both held at the same venue as Revolution. Twelve matches were contested at the event, including three on The Buy In pre-show. In the main event, "Hangman" Adam Page defeated Adam Cole to retain the AEW World Championship. All Elite Wrestling
All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is considered the second largest wrestling promotion in the United States behind WWE. AEW is owned by Shahid Khan and his son Tony, who founded the company in 2019; in-ring performers Matt & Nick Jackson and Kenny Omega also serve as company executives. The AEW World Championship is a professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). AEW Double or Nothing is a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Established in 2019, it is held annually during Memorial Day weekend. The inaugural Double or Nothing was also the very first PPV as well as the very first event produced by AEW and is thus considered the promotion's marquee event. Darren Kenneth Matthews (born 10 May 1968), better known by the ring name William Regal, is an English retired professional wrestler. He is known for his over 20 years spent in WWE, as both a performer and an on-screen authority, and for his time performing in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Michael Austin Wardlow (born January 19, 1988) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the mononymous ring name Wardlow, where he is a one time AEW TNT Champion. Bryan Lloyd Danielson (born May 22, 1981) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is a member of the Blackpool Combat Club.
