__NOTOC__ Reveal Records is a British independent record label. It began as an independent record store in Derby, England. History The record store was opened by Tom Rose in 1999. The store reached its peak in 2005/2006 when it sold virtually every genre of music available on three floors, as well as operating an online outlet. It won ''Music Weeks 'Best Independent Music Retailer' award in 2005. At this time the music industry was experiencing a decline in sales of physical music formats including CDs, and this was one of the reasons that led to the closure of Reveal Records' retail outlet in 2007. Reveal Records, launched in 2006, continued as a record label after the demise of the store. In March 2017 it marked its ten-year anniversary with a concert at Pocklington Arts Centre, Pocklington, that included label artists.Godley. Withered Hand
Dan Willson (born 23 July 1974), also known by his stage name Withered Hand, is an Edinburgh-based indie rock musician. He lived in Bishops Stortford during the 1990s and played guitar for local band Tin Foil Circus. His first studio album, '' Good News'', was released in 2009 in Scotland, and re-released in 2011 on Absolutely Kosher Records in the United States. His second album, entitled '' New Gods'', was released in March 2014 through Fortuna Pop Records in the UK and Slumberland Records in the USA. He performed at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas in 2011 and 2014, as part of the Scottish Showcase. Duncan Lloyd
Duncan Lloyd is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is the lead songwriter and backing vocalist for Maxïmo Park. He also works as a solo artist releasing albums on Warp Records (U.K.), Crash Symbols (U.S.) and is currently on Reveal Records. Working under the name, 'Decade in Exile' as well as his own name, he is also in experimental band Res Band from Derby and alternative rock band Nano Kino. John Elliott, known by his stage and recording name The Little Unsaid, is an English songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. He has released five studio albums and one EP of songs combining elements of alt-folk, electronica, alt-rock and string arrangements. In September 2015 a crowd-funding campaign was completed using Pledge Music to finance the recording and release of the album ''Fisher King''. The album was recorded in various locations in London, and was mixed by Graeme Stewart, producer of Jonny Greenwood's solo work and film music. The leading single from the album 'Can We Hear It?' was mixed by Mark Gardener of the shoegaze band Ride, during breaks from the band's 2015 world tour. Sadenia "Eddi" Reader MBE (born 29 August 1959) is a Scottish singer-songwriter, known for her work as frontwoman of Fairground Attraction and for an enduring solo career.
