Luis Renato Panay Pérez (4 November 1922 – unknown), known as Renato Panay, was a Chilean people, Chilean association football, football Manager (association football), manager. Career Club Panay had a prolific career in South America and Panama. In Ecuador, he coached C.S. Emelec, Emelec three times: 1948, 1954, 1956. In 1948 he led the team in the South American Championship of Champions, an older version of Copa Libertadores. In 1956, he won the , leading a well remembered squad what later was nickanmed ''Ballet Azul'' (Blue Ballet). Club Nacional de Football (, ''National Football Club'' or simply as Nacional) is a Uruguayan professional sports club based in Montevideo. Estadio Rommel Fernández
The Estadio OlÃmpico Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez, named after the Panamanian football star Rommel Fernández (1966–1993), is a multi-purpose stadium in Panama City. It is used for different sports, but mainly football (soccer) games. It was inaugurated February 6, 1970, and was designed to accommodate the XI Central American and Caribbean Games in 1970. 1978 FIFA World Cup
The 1978 FIFA World Cup was the 11th edition of the FIFA World Cup, a quadrennial international football world championship tournament among the men's senior national teams. It was held in Argentina between 1 and 25 June. The Cup was won by the host nation, Argentina, who defeated the Netherlands 3–1 in the final, after extra time. The final was held at River Plate's home stadium, Estadio Monumental, in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires. This win was the first World Cup title for Argentina, who became the fifth team (after Uruguay, Italy, England, and West Germany) to be both hosts and world champions and the third South American team to win a World Cup. Hugo Tassara
Hugo Tassara Olivares (14 February 1924 – 12 February 2016) was a Chilean former football manager. Career Born in Iquique, Chile, Tassara had a short career as a football goalkeeper, playing for the teams of Tocopilla, MarÃa Elena and Copiapó. At professional level, he was a substitute of Mario Ibáñez for 3 years in Universidad de Chile. Next, he worked in the youth system of the club and also in the Colo-Colo youth system in 1955. After managing Colo-Colo in his country of birth, winning two titles in 1958 and 1963, Tassara came to Costa Rica in 1959, joining Alajuelense and winning two consecutive titles in 1959 and 1960. Néstor Valdés Moraga (23 May 1936 – 3 February 2021), sometimes referred as Néstor Valdez, was a Chilean football player and manager. Career Born in 1936, as a football player, Valdés was with Colo-Colo in the 1950s, becoming the team captain. His playing career stopped due to a serious inguinal injury. Óscar Rendoll Gómez (born 26 August 1916) was a Chilean football manager. He has been one of the five Chileans who have managed the Panama national team along with Óscar Suman (1949), Néstor Valdés (1969), Hugo Tassara (1972–1973) and Renato Panay (1976–1977).
