Remo Sync
RemoSync (also named Corporate Email on Verizon) is a mobile application that provides corporate email, calendar, and contact synchronization for mobile phones capable of running Qualcomm Brew, BREW applications. Conceived as a low-cost alternative to BlackBerry or iPhone devices, RemoSync is currently available on the Verizon wireless network. RemoSync 3.0 and later versions are named as Corporate Email by Verizon Wireless. RemoSync and 'Corporate Email' refer to the same product. The RemoSync team released a new version of 4.0 in May 2010. The first device that has 4.0 is Samsung Reality SCH-U820. RemoSync 4.0 is available on multiple handsets. ActiveSync
ActiveSync is a mobile data synchronization app developed by Microsoft, originally released in 1996. It synchronizes data with handheld devices and desktop computers. In the Windows Task Manager, the associated process is called wcescomm.exe. Overview ActiveSync allows a mobile device to be synchronized with either a desktop PC or a server running a compatible software product. On desktops, ActiveSync synchronizes emails, calendar, contacts and tasks with Microsoft Outlook, along with Internet bookmarks and files. ActiveSync does not support all features of Outlook. For instance, contacts grouped into subfolders are not transferred. Only the contacts which are not in a subfolder are synchronized. Push email is an email system that provides an always-on capability, in which new email is actively transferred ( pushed) as it arrives by the mail delivery agent (MDA) (commonly called mail server) to the mail user agent (MUA), also called the email client. Email clients include smartphones and, less strictly, IMAP personal computer mail applications. Comparison with polling email Outgoing mail is generally ''pushed'' from the sender to the final mail delivery agent (and possibly via intermediate mail servers) using Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. A personal digital assistant (PDA), also known as a handheld PC, is a variety mobile device which functions as a personal information manager. NEC Mobile Communications was a mobile phone manufacturer established 1 May 2010. It started as a joint venture among three Japanese electronics manufacturers NEC, Casio and Hitachi, where NEC owned 70.74%, Casio 20.00% and Hitachi 9.26%. The LG enV3 is a mobile phone built by LG Electronics, and released from Verizon Wireless in the United States and Telus Mobility in Canada (as the Keybo 2). It succeeded the LG enV2. Along with a slimmer design, the enV3 also boasts a full keyboard, a 2.6-inch screen and a 3.0-megapixel camera. In addition to standard phone and text messaging capabilities, the enV3 can be used as a portable music player as well as Internet capabilities such as e-mail and web browsing.
