''Rebelde (Edição Brasil)'' (English: ''Rebel (Brazil Edition)'' and also known as ''Rebelde (Edição Português)'' (EN: ''Rebel (Portuguese Edition'') in 2020 limited version) is the first Brazilian Portuguese studio album of Mexican pop band RBD. The album is also the Brazilian version of RBD's Multi-Platinum Spanish language debut, ''Rebelde'' (2004). The album includes seven tracks recorded in Portuguese from their original Spanish-language versions, and four Spanish tracks taken from the original version of the album. The album was very popular in Brazil, selling more than 250,000 copies there and reaching Double platinum in the country. Promo singles Three singles were released as part of the album's promotion. The first single was the title track "Rebelde", which was launched in August 2005. The second single was released in July 2005, and was titled " Fique Em Silêncio". Un Poco De Tu Amor
"Un Poco de Tu Amor" is a song by Mexican pop group RBD, released as the fourth single from their debut album ''Rebelde'' (2004), only in Mexico. The song became the group's fourth hit in the country. Background and release "Un Poco de Tu Amor" was meant to be the album's second single, but was replaced by "Solo Quédate En Silencio" due to its radio airplay and marketing. Due to this, "Un Poco de Tu Amor" became their first to be a radio-only single. The song has a version in Portuguese called "Um Pouco Desse Amor" (Spa. "Un Poco de Este Amor", Eng: "A Little Bit of This Love"), released in the Portuguese edition of their debut album. The song was also performed three times throughout the telenovela ''Rebelde'', where the group are the six young lead actors. The Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão (; SBT ; "Brazilian Television System") is a Brazilian television network founded on Wednesday, 19 August 1981, by the businessman and television personality Silvio Santos. ''Rebelde'' (English: ''Rebel'') is a Mexican telenovela produced by Pedro Damián for Televisa, broadcast by Canal de las Estrellas (now known simply as Las Estrellas). It is a remake of the Argentine telenovela, ''Rebelde Way'', adapted for the Mexican youth audience, leading to differences in characters' backgrounds. Telenovela
A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. The word combines ''tele'' (for "television") and ''novela'' (meaning "novel"). Similar drama genres around the world include '' teleserye'' (Philippines), '' téléroman'' (Canada, specifically Quebec), and ''sinetron'' (Indonesia). Commonly described using the American colloquialism Spanish soap opera, many telenovelas share some stylistic and thematic similarities to the soap opera familiar to the English-speaking world. The significant difference is their series run length; telenovelas tell one self-contained story, typically within the span of a year or less whereas soap operas tend to have intertwined storylines told during indefinite, continuing runs.
