Razor Hill, also locally known as Che Kwu Shan (), is a hill between Pik Uk, Ta Ku Ling, Tseung Kwan O, and Tai Po Tsai in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It is 432 metres tall. The north and east mid slopes are skirted by Clear Water Bay Road. Tseng Lan Shue () is a village in Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong. Location Tseng Lan Shue is located on Clear Water Bay Road, east of Kowloon Peak and southwest of Pik Uk. Administration Tseng Lan Shue is a recognized village under the New Territories Small House Policy. History At the time of the 1911 census, the population of Tseng Lan Shue was 276. The number of males was 124. Buildings and amenities The village has about 250 residential settlements and a basketball court. There are some shops on the roadside. Francolin
Francolins are birds in the tribe Gallini that traditionally have been placed in the genus ''Francolinus'', but now commonly are divided into multiple genera. As previously defined, they were paraphyletic as the genus ''Pternistis'', which was previously included in ''Francolinus'', is more closely related to Old World quails than it is to the other francolins. New Territories
The New Territories is one of the three main regions of Hong Kong, alongside Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon Peninsula. It makes up 86.2% of Hong Kong's territory, and contains around half of the population of Hong Kong. Historically, it is the region described in the Convention for the Extension of Hong Kong Territory. According to that treaty, the territories comprise the mainland area north of Boundary Street on the Kowloon Peninsula and south of the Sham Chun River (which is the border between Hong Kong and Mainland China), as well as over 200 outlying islands, including Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau in the territory of HK. Pik Uk () is a small village in Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong. Location Pik Uk is located on Clear Water Bay Road, roughly halfway between Ping Shek Estate and the Hang Hau Road roundabout, adjacent to Razor Hill, and not far from Tseng Lan Shue. The village is located to the east of Pik Uk Correctional Institution and Pik Uk Prison. Administration Pik Uk is a recognized village under the New Territories Small House Policy. History At the time of the 1911 census, the population of Pik Uk was 25. The number of males was 5. Layout There are approximately 150 settlements in the village and vacant land that surround the village are regulated by the government. Tseung Kwan O
Tseung Kwan O New Town is one of the nine new towns in Hong Kong, built mainly on reclaimed land in the northern half of Junk Bay (known as Tseung Kwan O in Chinese/Cantonese language) in southeastern New Territories, after which it is named. The town/land area is usually known simply as Tseung Kwan O. Development of the new town was approved in 1982, with the initial population intake occurring in 1988. Tai Po Tsai () is an area and a village, clustering in a small plain around Clear Water Bay Road in Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Sai Kung District, Hong Kong.
