Ravikant Nagaich
Ravikant Nagaich (5 July 1931 – 6 January 1991) was an Indian film personality. He is an Indian film personality born at Atrauli, Aligarh- Uttar Pradesh, India in a Brahmin family. He started his filming career as a cinematographer in Telugu films, N.T. Rama Rao's ''Sri Seetha Rama Kalyanam'' in 1961 being his first film. With ''Farz (1967 film), Farz'', he turned to Hindi movies and direction. This low-budget thriller inspired by ''James Bond'' was a surprise hit and helped Ravikant and the film's lead pair's (Jeetendra and Babita) career. Dharmendra acted as Agent 116 Gopal in ''Keemat (1973 film), Keemat'' (1973). Jeetendra reprised his role as Agent 116, Gopalkishan Pandey in ''Raksha (1982 film), Raksha'' (1982) and again in ''The Gold Medal (film), The Gold Medal''. He went on to direct 24 more films with ''Duty'' (1986) being his last. Atrauli is a town and a municipal board in Aligarh district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Situated on the bank of river Ganges, Atrauli is around from Aligarh and from Khair. ''Mere Jeevan Saathi'' (''My Life Partner'') is a 1972 Indian film produced by Harish and Vinod Shah. It is directed by Ravikant Nagaich, and it stars Rajesh Khanna, Tanuja, Sujit Kumar, Bindu, Helen, Utpal Dutt, Nazir Hussain and Rajindranath. ''Pyar Ki Kahani'' () is a 1971 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Ravikant Nagaich. It is a remake of the 1964 Tamil film ''Kai Kodutha Deivam''. Mithun Chakraborty (born Gouranga Chakraborty; 16 June 1950) is an Indian actor, producer and politician who predominantly worked in Hindi and Bengali language films.
