Vanclans () is a former commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France. Geography Vanclans lies west of Vercel and southeast of Valdahon. Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (; , sometimes abbreviated BFC; Arpitan: ''Borgogne-Franche-Comtât'') is a region in Eastern France created by the 2014 territorial reform of French regions, from a merger of Burgundy and Franche-Comté.
