Ramnagar Mirchaiya
Mirchaiya formerly known as Ramnagar Mirchaiya is a municipality in Siraha District in thMadhesh Provinceof south-eastern Nepal. The municipality was established on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Rampur Birta, Sagarmatha, Rampur Birta, Malhaniyakhori, Radhopur, Ramnagar Mirchaiya, Fulbariya, Phulbariya, Sitapur Pra. Da., Sitapur PraDa and Maheshpur Gamharia Village development committee (Nepal), Village Development Committees. At the time of the 2017 municipality records, it had a population of approx. 52,000 people living in approx 8,496 individual households. This is one of the main business markets for Katari and the southern part of the Siraha district. Raw material produced here includes padday, miazem, and sugar cane. Mahendra Highway
Mahendra Highway (), also called East-West Highway () runs across the Terai geographical region of Nepal, from Mechinagar in the east to Bhim Datta in the west, cutting across the entire width of the country. The Digital Himalaya project was established in December 2000 by Mark Turin, Alan Macfarlane, Sara Shneiderman, and Sarah Harrison. A village development committee ( ne, गाउँ विकास समिति; ''gāum̐ vikās samiti'') in Nepal was the lower administrative part of its Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development.
