Rally Stella Alpina
The Stella Alpina Rally is an annual vintage motorsport race, held annually since 1984 in the Italian Alps. It is a historical reconstruction of the earlier Stella Alpina Rally competition, originally held from 1947 to 1955. It takes place in Italy, in the second weekend of July, and lasts for three days. The competition is organised by staff of the Scuderia Trentina Storica di Trento, headed by Enzo Siligardi, a member of the National Council of the Historical Italian Automobile Club. The main race is reserved for cars validated by A.S.I. and built before 31 December 1955. Cars built between 1956 and 1984 are eligible to compete in the special Stella Alpina Touring rally, which also takes place for three days in the traditional race format. Classic Rally
Classic rallying, or historic rallying, is a type of road rally suitable for most standard classic cars, with no special equipment needed (the equipment allowed depends on the particular rally). These rallies are more about enjoyment than speed, and can be a good introduction to historic motorsport (which also include race meetings, classic endurance, and hillclimbing). A classic road rally is not about speed; in fact, there are severe penalties for finishing too early. The idea of a rally is to travel from a point to another within a certain time (time controls), not too fast or too slow, trying to match a speed average set by the organizers. Passo Di Falzarego
The Falzarego Pass ( it, Passo di Falzarego, lld, Jou de Fauzare) (el. 2,105 m) is a high mountain pass in the province of Belluno in Italy. It mainly connects the territory of Agordo and Cortina d'Ampezzo. From the pass, starts also SP24 (Strada provinciale del Passo di Valparola) directed northbound to Val Badia passing below Sas de Stria and through Valparola Pass. A gondola rises to the Lagazuoi (2,762 m), which was the object of heavy combat and mine warfare in World War I. The tunnel that the Italians built under the Austro-Hungarian lines is open to the public. Etymology The name probably derives from Ladin ''fóuze'', scythe. Bolzano
Bolzano ( or ; german: Bozen, (formerly ); bar, Bozn; lld, Balsan or ) is the capital city of the province of South Tyrol in northern Italy. Madonna Di Campiglio
Madonna di Campiglio (german: Sankt Maria im Pein) is a village and a ski resort in northeast Italy. It is a ''frazione'' of the ''comune'' of Pinzolo. The village lies in the Val Rendena at an elevation of above sea level, and has approximately 1,000 inhabitants. Comano Terme (''Comàn'' in local dialect) is an Italian ''comune'' (municipality) of the province of Trentino in northern Italy. It was created on 1 January 2010 by the union of the former ''comuni'' of Bleggio Inferiore and Lomaso. Riva Del Garda
Riva del Garda (''Rìva'' in local dialect) is a town and ''comune'' in the northern Italian province of Trento of the Trentino Alto Adige region. It is also known simply as ''Riva'' and is located at the northern tip of Lake Garda.
