Ralf Fücks (born 3 August 1951 in Edenkoben, Rhineland-Palatinate) is a German politician. He has been a member of the Green Party of Germany since 1982 and has been Mayor of Bremen. He is a member of the Green European Foundation and Heinrich Böll Foundation. Since 2006 he is married to green politician Marieluise Beck Marieluise Beck (born 25 June 1952) is a German politician who served as member of the Alliance '90/The Greens group in the Bundestag until 2017. Edenkoben () is a municipality in the Südliche Weinstraße district, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It lies approximately halfway between Landau and Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Alliance 90/The Greens (german: Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, ), often simply referred to as the Greens ( ), is a green political party in Germany. The Green European Foundation is a political foundation at European level funded by the European Parliament. It is linked to, but independent of, other European Green actors such as the European Green Party and Greens–European Free Alliance. Mission The Green European Foundation (GEF) was founded in 2008.
