is a 2010 video game developed by Project Venus and published by Tecmo Koei for the PlayStation Portable as part of the '' Dead or Alive'' series. A rainbow is a meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky.
