Rakeem Boyd
Rakeem Boyd (born February 18, 1998) is an American football running back who is a free agent. He played college football at Arkansas. Early years Boyd attended Stratford High School in Houston, Texas. During his high school career he rushed for 6,436 yards and 80 touchdowns. He committed to Texas A&M University to play college football. College career Boyd spent one year at Texas A&M before transferring to Independence Community College. In his one season at Independence, he rushed for 1,211 yards with 14 touchdowns. After the season he transferred to the University of Arkansas. During his first year at Arkansas in 2018, Boyd played in all 12 games and started the final eight. He finished the season with 734 yards on 123 carries with two touchdowns. As a junior in 2019, he started all 12 games, rushing for 1,133 yards on 184 carries and eight touchdowns. Independence Community College is a public community college in Independence, Kansas. It was formerly Independence Community Junior College. History Independence Community College was established in 1925 as grades 13 and 14 of the Independence public school system. ''Last Chance U'' is an American documentary streaming television series that is produced and premiered by Netflix. The six-episode first season explores the football program at East Mississippi Community College, which features several collegiate athletes that have had trouble in their lives and struggled with finding structure. The players are then required to perform at the junior college (JUCO) level, under the stewardship of coach Buddy Stephens, in order to prove themselves and return to Division I. The 2021 NFL Draft was the 86th National Football League Draft, the annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2021 NFL season.
