Raghuveer (actor)
Raghuveer was an Indian actor and producer in the Kannada film industry. Film career Raghuveer came to the Kannada film industry as a hero through ''Ajay Vijay'' back in 1991. Though he made his debut as a hero alongside Murali (Tamil actor), Murali in ''Ajay Vijay'', it was S. Narayan's ''Chaitrada Premanjali'' (1992), which catapulted him to success. He then went on to act in ''Shrungara Kavya'' (1993). However his subsquent films ''Kaaveri Theeradalli'' (1994), ''Naviloora Naidile'' (1995), and ''Thungabhadra'' (1995) were all box office failures and the film ''Kaadina Kaggathalu'' was removed from theaters the day that it was released. He took a hiatus from films and later returned. His film ''Mugila Chumbana'' had a delayed release in 2013. Personal life Raghuveer faced problems from his parents after marrying his frequent costar Sindhu (actress), Sindhu and after she died, he married Gowri and stayed out of cinema as per their wishes. Raghuvir Singh Meena (born 4 February 1959) is an Indian National Congress leader and member of Congress Working Committee (CWC), the highest decision-making body of the Indian National Congress. He is Vice President of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee. He was Member of 15th Lok Sabha. In 2009, he was elected to the Lok Sabha from Udaipur constituency in Rajasthan state. He is a former member of the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha and a former minister in the Government of Rajasthan from 2002 to 2003.
