Radzi Jidin
Mohd Radzi bin Md Jidin ( Jawi: محمد راضي بن محمد جيدين‎; born 4 September 1977) is a Malaysian politician and forensic accountant who served as Senior Minister of the Education and Social Cluster and as Minister of Education from 2021 to 2022. He has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Putrajaya since November 2022. Radzi first served as education minister from 2020 to 2021. He was a Senator from 2018 to his resignation in 2022. He is a member of and has served as Vice-President of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), a component party of Perikatan Nasional (PN), since 2020. Early life Radzi was born on 4 September 1977 to a former headmaster in Ketereh, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The National Alliance ( ms, Perikatan Nasional; abbrev: PN) is a political coalition composed of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) and Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (GERAKAN). This coalition was preceded by the Malaysian Party Alliance Association, also known as the ''Persatuan Perikatan Parti Malaysia (PPPM)''. Perikatan Nasional was formed early in the 2020 Malaysian political crisis with the intention to replace the then-ruling Pakatan Harapan government. The Dewan Rakyat (English: 'House of Representatives'; ) is the lower house of the bicameral Parliament, the federal legislature of Malaysia. The chamber and its powers are established by Article 44 of the Constitution of Malaysia. The Dewan Rakyat sits in the Houses of Parliament in Kuala Lumpur, along with the Dewan Negara, the upper house.
