The current Malaysian Minister of Education is Fadhlina Sidek since 3 December 2022. The minister is supported by the Deputy Ministers of Education. The minister administers the portfolio through the Ministry of Education. Fadhlina Sidek
Fadhlina binti Sidek (Jawi alphabet, Jawi: ; born 16 October 1977) is a Malaysian people, Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as the Minister of Education (Malaysia), Minister of Education in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim since December 2022 and the Dewan Rakyat, Member of Parliament (MP) for Nibong Tebal (federal constituency), Nibong Tebal since November 2022. She served as a Dewan Negara, Senator from September 2021 to her resignation in November 2022. She is a member of the People's Justice Party (Malaysia), People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the PH coalition. She has also served as the Women Chief of PKR since July 2022. Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB; en, United Bumiputera Heritage Party) is a right-wing political party in Malaysia. It is currently the largest political party in Sarawak. Tun Datuk Patinggi Haji Abdul Rahman bin Ya'kub ( ms, عبدالرحمن بن يعقوب, label= Jawi, script=arab, italic=unset; 3 January 1928 – 9 January 2015) was a Malaysian politician of Melanau descent from Mukah.
