Delareyville is a maize- and peanut-farming town situated in North West Province of South Africa. The town is 96 km south-west of Lichtenburg, 82 km north-east of Vryburg, 114 km north-west of Wolmaransstad, and 61 km north of Schweizer-Reneke. R34 Road (South Africa)
The R34 is a long provincial route in South Africa that connects Vryburg with Richards Bay via Kroonstad and Newcastle. It passes through three provinces, North West, the Free State and KwaZulu-Natal. Route North West The R34 begins a few kilometres east of the town of Vryburg, North West at a t-junction with the N14 National Route, which is the main road into the town. The R34 starts by going south-east for 60 kilometres to the town of Schweizer-Reneke. In the town centre, it meets the R506 Road and the R504 Route at a 4-way junction with Schweizer Street. The R506 joins the R34 to be co-signed southwards. They are one road for 2.5 kilometres, crossing the Harts River before the R506 becomes its own road south-west. Harts River
The Harts River ( af, Hartsrivier) is a northern tributary of the Vaal River, which in turn is the largest tributary of the Orange River (also known as the Gariep River, the largest river in South Africa). Its source is in the North West Province, but the greater part of its basin is located in the Northern Cape Province, which it enters a few kilometers downstream from the Taung Dam. The Harts forms a natural boundary for the Ghaap Plateau, located between the Harts River and the Kuruman Hills. The R708 is a Regional Route in South Africa that connects Jan Kempdorp in the Northern Cape with Clocolan in the Free State via Christiana, Hertzogville, Bultfontein, Theunissen, Winburg and Marquard.
