Ryszard Bosek
Ryszard Bosek (born 12 April 1950) is a Polish former volleyball player and coach, a member of the Poland national team in 1969–1986, a participant at the Olympic Games (1972, 1976, 1980). During his career, he won the titles of the 1976 Olympic Champion and the 1974 World Champion. Personal life Bosek was born in Kamienna Góra, Poland. In 2008 he had cancer. After removing the salivary glands and nerve shoulder he returned to health. He was an expert of volleyball in Polsat Sport, and worked as a manager of a few volleyball players (Bartosz Kurek, Piotr Nowakowski, Jakub Jarosz). Career National team Bosek took part in a few editions of the World Championship: 1970 (5th place), 1974 and 1978 (8th place). In 1974, Poland, including Bosek, achieved a title of the World Champion. It was a first title of the World Champion in the history of Polish volleyball. Kamienna Góra
Kamienna Góra (german: Landeshut, cs, Lanžhot or Kamenná Hora, szl, Kamiynnŏ Gōra) is a town in south-western Poland with 19,010 inhabitants (2019). It is the seat of Kamienna Góra County, and also of the rural district called Gmina Kamienna Góra, although it is not part of the territory of the latter (the town forms a separate urban gmina). The Soviet Union men's national volleyball team was the national volleyball team that had represented the Soviet Union in the International competitions between 1948 until 1991. Jakub Jarosz
Jakub Władysław Jarosz (born 10 February 1987) is a Polish professional volleyball player, a former member of the Polish national team, a participant at the Olympic Games London 2012, 2009 European Champion and the 2012 World League winner. At the professional club level, he plays for GKS Katowice. Personal life Jakub Jarosz was born in Nysa, Poland. His grandfather and father Maciej are former volleyball players. His brother Marcin was also a volleyball player. On 12 May 2012, he married Agnieszka (née Trzcińska). On 26 August 2013, their first child was born, a son named Kacper. Bartosz Kamil Kurek (born 29 August 1988) is a Polish professional volleyball player. He is a member of the Poland national team, a participant in the Olympic Games (London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020), 2018 World Champion, 2009 European Champion, and the 2012 World League winner. Cancer
Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. These contrast with benign tumors, which do not spread. Possible signs and symptoms include a lump, abnormal bleeding, prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss, and a change in bowel movements.
