Ryan Sachire
Ryan Sachire is currently the Callaghan Family Head Men's Tennis Coach at the University of Notre Dame. He was previously an American professional tennis player who captured 2 ATP Challenger doubles titles. Early life Ryan Sachire was born April 2, 1978, in Youngstown, Ohio. He is from Canfield, Ohio, and graduated from Canfield High School (Ohio) in 1996. While playing for Canfield he only lost 5 matches and won 2 Ohio state singles titles. He was ranked 24th in the USTA nationally for 16&under singles. His father, Frank Sachire, was a former offensive tackle for Mount Union College and had a brief stint in the NFL. He presently coaches tennis in Youngstown, Ohio, and the surrounding area. Wayne Odesnik
Wayne Odesnik (born November 21, 1985) is a South African-born American retired professional left-handed tennis player, with a two-handed backhand. His highest singles ranking was No. 77 in 2009. Among his biggest upsets were a 2007 win over Ivan Ljubičić, and a 2009 win against Igor Kunitsyn. Odesnik won his first Futures title in 2003, and won a combined 14 singles titles in Challenger and Future ITF Men's Circuit events. He resides in Weston, Florida, in the United States. In March 2010, Odesnik pleaded guilty to importing human growth hormone into Australia, and was banned for two years by the International Tennis Federation, later reduced to one year on account of his "substantial assistance" with the Federation's anti-doping program. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court.
