Ryan LaCasse
Ryan LaCasse (born February 6, 1983) is a former American football linebacker for the Indianapolis Colts, primarily as a special teams player. He was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the seventh round of the 2006 NFL Draft, but was traded to the Colts. He played for the Colts on their Super Bowl XLI championship team. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. As such, linebackers play a hybrid role and are often the most versatile players on the defensive side of the ball; they can be asked to play roles similar to either a defensive lineman (such as stopping the runner on a running play) or a defensive back (such as dropping back into pass coverage). The Syracuse Orange are the athletic teams that represent Syracuse University. The school is a member of NCAA Division I and the Atlantic Coast Conference. James Olevia Mungro II (born February 13, 1978) is a former American football running back. He retired from the National Football League (NFL) due to a severe ACL injury he received in a pre-season game in 2006.
