Ryan Finnerty
Ryan Finnerty (born November 23, 1980) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He is currently General Manager and co-owner of Manchester Storm in the EIHL. Finnerty, who also coached Manchester Storm between 2017 and 2022, was previously the coach of both Sheffield Steelers and Braehead Clan. Career Finnerty played minor hockey within the Alberta AAA Midget Hockey League for the Monarch Cable TV Tigers signing with the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League (WHL). He played three games for the Medicine Hat Tigers during the 1997–1998 season before being demoted to their Tier 2 team, the Camrose Kodiaks. He was eventually recalled to the WHL where he recorded his first major junior goal in a 3–2 win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes on October 29, 1997. Medicine Hat Tigers
The Medicine Hat Tigers are a junior ice hockey team in the Western Hockey League (WHL) who play in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. Established in 1970, the team has won two national Memorial Cups, five WHL League Championships and seven Division Titles, and continues to rally for the Cup annually. Starting in the 2015–16 season, the Tigers have begun play at Co-op Place after forty-five seasons at the Medicine Hat Arena. They had a sell-out streak at The Arena dating back 197 games (as of May 15, 2007). The Tigers lost the 2007 Memorial Cup championship game 3–1 on May 27, 2007, against the Vancouver Giants, which was hosted by Vancouver at the Pacific Coliseum. Braehead Clan
Glasgow Clan (formerly ''Braehead Clan'') is a Scotland, Scottish professional ice hockey team. It was formed in 2010 as the UK Elite Ice Hockey League expanded into the west of Scotland market, and are based at the Braehead Arena in Renfrewshire. It is one of three Scottish clubs playing in the top British league alongside Dundee Stars and the Fife Flyers. In July 2018, the team officially rebranded from Braehead Clan to Glasgow Clan. Central Hockey League
The Central Hockey League (CHL) was a North American mid-level minor professional ice hockey league which operated from 1992 until 2014. It was founded by Ray Miron and Bill Levins and later sold to Global Entertainment Corporation, which operated the league from 2000 to 2013, at which point it was purchased by the individual franchise owners. As of the end of its final season in 2014, three of the 30 National Hockey League teams had affiliations with the CHL: the Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild, and Tampa Bay Lightning.
