Ryan Coulter (born 8 February 1989) is an Irish footballer who is a goalkeeper coach for MLS Next Pro team FC Cincinnati 2, the reserve team of Major League Soccer's FC Cincinnati. Career Youth and early career Coulter was a member of the St Joseph's Boys FC in Sallynoggin, where he played all through the underage structure before signing with Dundalk F.C. U-20 side in 2008 He made his debut in the League of Ireland Premier Division on 10 April 2009, starting in the home match against Bray Wanderers, which finished as a 1–1 draw. College career in the United States In mid-2009, he moved to the United States to attend college. He began at the University of San Diego, and made one appearance for the Toreros men's team in two seasons. North Texas Soccer Club is a professional soccer club playing in the MLS Next Pro, a third division league of American soccer. The team is owned by, and operates as the reserve team of the Major League Soccer club FC Dallas. While the senior club is based, and plays, in Frisco, Texas, North Texas SC as of 2020 is based in Arlington, Texas. It plays at Choctaw Stadium, the former home of the Texas Rangers baseball club. A player-coach (also playing coach, captain-coach, or player-manager) is a member of a sports team who simultaneously holds both playing and coaching duties. USL League One (USL1) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States that had its inaugural season in 2019. The Division III league is operated by United Soccer League, the same group that operates the Division II USL Championship and other leagues. Jeff Cassar
Jeff Cassar (born February 2, 1974) is an American soccer coach and former goalkeeper who last coached Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer. Playing career Cassar played college soccer at Florida International University, where he was roommates with Steve Ralston. Following his graduation, he was selected eighth overall in the 1996 MLS College Draft by the Dallas Burn. Although Cassar made the team, Mark Dodd took firm hold of the starting position, and Cassar only appeared in two games that season. After spending all of the 1997 season injured with a torn ACL, Cassar was selected tenth overall in the 1997 MLS Expansion Draft by the Miami Fusion. Cassar started much of the Fusion's inaugural season, appearing in twenty-one games, all starts, and compiling a GAA of 1.95.
