Ryan Carr (rugby League)
Ryan Carr (born 3 August 1988) is a rugby league football coach who is currently the Interim head coach for the St. George Illawarra Dragons and former coach of the Featherstone Rovers. Background Carr was born in Sydney and played his junior rugby league for the Engadine Dragons. He attended Endeavour Sports High School before being signed by the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. In 2006, he won the NRL Schoolboy Cup championship with Endeavour. Playing career In 2005, Carr represented the New South Wales under-17 team. In 2006 and 2007, Carr played for the Sharks in the Jersey Flegg Cup. In 2008, Carr signed with the North Queensland Cowboys for the inaugural season of the Toyota Cup. He played 24 games for the club and captained the side. In 2009 and 2010, Carr played for the Balmain Tigers in the New South Wales Cup, before joining the Redcliffe Dolphins in the Queensland Cup in 2011. Illawarra Cutters
The Illawarra Rugby League Football Club were an Australian rugby league football club based in Illawarra formed in 2012. Originally known as the Illawarra Cutters, they became known as the Illawarra RLFC before the 2017 Intrust Super Premiership NSW. They won their first and only premiership title with the 2016 Intrust Super Premiership NSW, 2016 against Mount Pritchard Mounties at Parramatta Stadium. This was the final ever game to played at this venue. On 2 October 2016, Illawarra played in The NRL State Championship against Queensland Cup winners The Burleigh Bears. Shane Flanagan
Shane Flanagan (born 2 December 1965) is an Australian professional rugby league football coach, and was the Head Coach of the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks. He was appointed assistant coach of NRL team Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in 2006 and was subsequently appointed to the top position when former coach Ricky Stuart resigned on 20 July 2010. Flanagan is currently the Assistant Coach at the St. George Illawarra Dragons and Coaching Director of the Papua New Guinea national rugby league team, PNG Kumuls. The Sydney Roosters are an Australian professional Rugby league, Rugby League Football Club based in the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) and parts of inner Sydney. Anthony Griffin (born 26 August 1966) is an Australian professional rugby league coach who is the Head coach of the St George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL and a former rugby league footballer. He played in the Brisbane Rugby League premiership during the 1980s before taking up coaching. After success in the Queensland Cup and Toyota Cup competitions, Griffin replaced Ivan Henjak as head coach of the Brisbane Broncos from 2011 to 2014 and later served as head coach for the Penrith Panthers from 2016 to 2018. The Parramatta Eels are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the Sydney suburb of Parramatta that competes in the National Rugby League.
