Ruslan Rotan
Ruslan Petrovych Rotan ( uk, Руслан Петрович Ротань; born 29 October 1981) is a Ukrainian former professional footballer and manager of Ukraine national under-21 football team. He was a member of the Ukraine national team. Club career Rotan's career started off for Dnipro in the 1999–2000 season. He played a total of 105 matches for Dnipro and scored 11 goals. He transferred to Dynamo Kyiv in the summer of 2005 and was given the number 14. In Dynamo, he played 50 matches and scored five goals in the Ukrainian Premier League. During winter break 2007–08 Rotan was transferred back to his home club of Dnipro. The transfer fee was undisclosed. However, he signed a three-year contract with Dnipro. He now wears the number 29 jersey. He became the top assister of the Ukrainian Premier League of the season 2008–2009. Football Club Dnipro ( uk, Футбо́льний Клуб «Дніпро́», ) was a Ukrainian football club based in Dnipro. The club was owned by the Privat Group that also owns BC Dnipro and Budivelnyk Kyiv. In 2018 FC Dnipro was forced into bankruptcy by FIFA due to multiple legal claims for failing to pay its promised monetary compensation to players and managers. During the Soviet era, the club was a member of the Soviet Volunteer Sports Society "Metallurg" (therefore it carried names Metallurg/Metalurh and Stal) and until 1961 was under sponsorship of the Petrovsky Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant. FC Dnipro-2 () was the reserve team of FC Dnipro. History The club initially competed in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast competition as FC Dnipro-2 Dnipropetrovsk . The 2006 FIFA World Cup qualification competition was a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederations. Each confederation – the AFC (Asia), CAF (Africa), CONCACAF (North, Central America and Caribbean), CONMEBOL (South America), OFC (Oceania), and UEFA (Europe) – was allocated a certain number of the 32 places at the tournament. Andriy Viktorovych Voronin ( uk, Андрій Вікторович Воронін, born 21 July 1979) is a Ukrainian professional football manager and a former player. Voronin spent five full seasons in the Bundesliga of Germany, and last played as a striker or attacking midfielder for Dynamo Moscow.
