Rune Kristoffersen
Rune Kristoffersen (born 22 September 1957) is a Norwegian musician, best known for being the founder and bassist of the new wave band Fra Lippo Lippi. Background Rune Kristoffersen grew up in Nesodden and was founder member of Norwegian pop outfit Fra Lippo Lippi, playing bass, guitar and keyboards as well as providing lead vocals on their debut album '' In Silence'' and being the band's main songwriter. In the early 1980s, he also worked for the band's record label Uniton Records. Fra Lippo Lippi were signed to Virgin Records in 1986 and also had an album ('' Light and Shade'') produced by Walter Becker from Steely Dan. Rune Grammofon is a Norwegian record label founded in 1998 by Rune Kristoffersen. Rune Grammofon's reputation for lovingly issued experimental electronic music, jazz, and improvised music by Norwegian artists has grown over the years with its artists being featured heavily in magazines such as ''The Wire'' and ''Plan B''. The label is home to the widely respected improvisational group Supersilent as well as the solo work of its members including Deathprod and Arve Henriksen. New Wave Music

Steely Dan
Steely Dan is an American rock band founded in 1971 in New York by Walter Becker (guitars, bass, backing vocals) and Donald Fagen (keyboards, lead vocals). Walter Carl Becker (February 20, 1950 – September 3, 2017) was an American musician, songwriter, and record producer.
