''Rules of Enragement'' is Lewis Black's third album as well as his first for Comedy Central Records. It was recorded at Acme Comedy Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was recorded at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, California Santa Rosa ( Spanish for " Saint Rose") is a city and the county seat of Sonoma County, in the North Bay region of the Bay Area in California. Its estimated 2019 population was 178,127. It is the largest city in California's Wine Country and ... (which has since been renamed the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts). Lewis Niles Black (born August 30, 1948) is an American stand-up comedian and actor. His comedy routines often escalate into angry rants about history, politics, religion, or any other cultural trends. John F. Machnik (born February 14, 1968) is an American record producer and recording engineer from Madison, Wisconsin. He was the owner of Sleepless Nights Recording Studios from 1989 to 2001. Biography In 2000, he started recording comedy for Stand Up!
