Rudykillus is the debut album of Nigerian singer Rudeboy as a solo artist. It was released on 5 August 2021. Background The 12-track album has a running time of 57 minutes. "Woman", "Audio Money", and "Reason with Me" were later added as bonus tracks. The producers includes Chrisstringz (tracks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11), Sele B (track 4), Orbeat (track 9) and LordSky (track 12). Singles "Focus" was released as a single from the album on 23 July 2021. Rudeboy (Nigerian Singer)
Paul Okoye (born 18 November 1981), who is better known as Rudeboy, is a Nigerian singer. He rose to fame in the 2000s as a member of the P-Square duo with his identical twin brother Peter Okoye. Early life and education Paul studied at St. Murumba secondary school in Jos, together with his brother, Peter also known as Mr P. Paul joined a school of music and drama club where he started dancing and performing covers songs produced by MC Hammer, Bobby Brown and Michael Jackson with his brother Peter. Solo career After the disbandment of P-Square in 2017, both band members sought separate musical careers. Rudeboy released his debut solo tracks titled 'Fire Fire' and 'Nkenji Keke' in 2017. Afrobeats
Afrobeats (not to be confused with Afrobeat or Afroswing), or Afro-pop or Afro-fusion (or Afropop or Afrofusion), is an umbrella term to describe popular music from West Africa and the diaspora that initially developed in Nigeria, Ghana, and the UK in the 2000s and 2010s. Afrobeats is less of a style per se, and more of a descriptor for the fusion of sounds flowing out of Ghana and Nigeria. Genres such as hiplife, jùjú music, highlife and naija beats, among others, were amalgamated under the 'Afrobeats' umbrella. Afrobeats is primarily produced in Lagos, Accra, and London. Igbo Language
Igbo ( , ; Igbo: ''Ásụ̀sụ́ Ìgbò'' ) is the principal native language cluster of the Igbo people, a meta-ethnicity from Southeastern Nigeria. The number of Igboid languages depends on how one classifies a language versus a dialect, so there could be around 15 different Igboid languages. The core Igbo cluster or Igbo proper is generally thought to be one language but there is limited mutual intelligibility between the different groupings (north, west, south and east).
