Rudolf Nierlich
Rudolf "Rudi" Nierlich (20 February 1966 – 18 May 1991) was an Austrian alpine skier. Born in Sankt Wolfgang im Salzkammergut (Upper Austria), he won a total of eight races in the Alpine Skiing World Cup, and was three times World Champion (1989 and 1991), in Slalom and giant slalom. Death He died in May 1991 in a traffic collision in St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut, Sankt Wolfgang im Salzkammergut. Bad Ischl (Austrian German ) is a spa town in Austria. It lies in the southern part of Upper Austria, at the Traun River in the centre of the Salzkammergut region. The town consists of the Katastralgemeinden ''Ahorn'', ''Bad Ischl'', ''Haiden'', ''Jainzen'', ''Kaltenbach'', ''Lauffen'', ''Lindau'', ''Pfandl'', ''Perneck'', ''Reiterndorf'' and ''Rettenbach''. Shigakogen
is a ski resort and hiking spot, located in the Jōshin'etsu-kōgen National Park in the highlands of Yamanouchi, Nagano, Japan. In 1980, an area of was designated a UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Reserve. Ski resort At 4.25 square kilometres (1.64 sq mi), Shiga-kōgen is arguably the largest ski resort in Japan, as well as the second highest in elevation. The resort is made up of 21 smaller, interconnected ski fields, with 70 lifts in total. Peter Seisenbacher
Peter Seisenbacher (born 25 March 1960) is a judo coach and retired judoka from Austria. Judo career He competed in the middleweight category (−86 kg) at the 1980, 1984 and 1988 Olympics and won two gold medals, in 1984 and 1988. He also won a world title in 1985 and European title in 1986. After retiring from competitions, Seisenbacher worked as a judo coach, in Austria, Georgia (2010–2012), and Azerbaijan (2012–2013). Under his guidance, the Georgian team won 2 gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze medals at European championships, one bronze medal at world championships, and an Olympic gold medal in 2012. The FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 1991 were held in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria between 22 January and 3 February, 1991 Alpine Skiing World Cup, 1991. Sunshine often hit the snow of Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the competitions, who are remembered as some of the sunniest ever.
