Rubén Selman
Rubén Marcos Selmán Albornoz (25 July 1963 – 10 February 2020) was an association football referee from Chile. Selman was born in Santiago, and started refereeing in his twenties at games featured in the minor Chilean divisions. In the 1990s he started in the Primera División de Chile. In 1998, he received his FIFA badge and appeared in CONMEBOL tournaments. He officiated matches in the Copa Libertadores, Copa Mercosur, Copa Sudamericana, international friendlies and South American World Cup qualifiers. During his career the directors of Colo-Colo were adamant in processing a formal complaint with the domestic club organization Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Chile. The directors felt that the institution was being persecuted by Selman after a series of ejections. Fox Sports was a Chilean pay television, pay television channel specialised on broadcasting sport events. The localised feed was launched in 11 November 2013, replacing Fox Sports Básico. ''La Cuarta'' ( es, The Fourth One) is a Chilean daily tabloid and part of the Copesa group. The newspaper is famous for its tone and plebeian style of headlining stories. The newspaper began publication on 13 November 1984. On 17 November 2017, the newspaper changed its logo and format, with the newspaper now published in Berliner, instead of tabloid. One of its main features is a weekly insert of nude photographs. Characteristics This tabloid is notable for being directed to an audience of middle and lower socioeconomic strata.
