Abby Dobson (born 1969) is an Australian singer and musician. Dobson was the lead vocalist for the pop band Leonardo's Bride. In 2002, Dobson recorded the song "Don't Ask For More" for ''The Secret Life of Us volume 2'' soundtrack compilation album released through Liberation Music. Skipping Girl Vinegar are a Melbourne-based indie rock band, named after the Skipping Girl Sign, Skipping Girl Vinegar sign, located in Abbotsford, Victoria. 2004–2007: Formation and ''One Chance'' Forming in 2004 the quartet wrote and rehearsed solidly before debuting live in 2006. National Folk Festival (Australia)
The National Folk Festival (NFF) is an Australian family-oriented celebration that has been attended by over 50,000 people. Winner of the National Qantas Australian Tourism Award for Best Festival in 2009, it features over 20 stages with vibrant world-class artists, 'blackboard' opportunities, workshops, craft, themed bars and cafes and delectable food. The Illawarra Folk Festival started in 1985 in Jamberoo, New South Wales. It has grown to become one of the largest festivals in Australia run entirely by volunteers from the Illawarra Folk Club Inc. Cobargo is a village in the south-east area of the state of New South Wales in Australia in Bega Valley Shire. At the , Cobargo had a population of 776 people.
