Anna Rozen is a French writer, best known for her short stories. Biography Born at Algiers in 1960, she lived there for two years, but then grew up in France, first in Lorient and later, and for longer, in Toulouse; however she has spent the greatest part of her life in Paris. Before establishing herself as a writer, she worked as an editor, first for an advertising agency and later for television, and she continues to do some television work. Rozen claims to have kept a personal diary ever since she was 15, but her first published work was a book of short stories, ''Plaisir d'offrir, joie de recevoir'' (The pleasure of giving, the joy of receiving), published in 1999 and recounting a young woman's sexual experiences. Issi Rozen
Issi Rozen is an Israeli-born jazz guitarist currently residing in Brookline, Massachusetts. He has been recognized for mixing traditional middle-eastern and straight jazz elements into his music. In 2002, Rozen began teaching guitar and music theory at Berklee College of Music. Early life Issi Rozen was born in Haifa, Israel on April 20, 1967 and moved to Tel-Aviv during his childhood. As Rozen recalls in an All About Jazz interview, "my earliest musical memories are the lullabies my mother used to sing. They were mostly in minor keys as are most traditional Israeli songs." He began playing guitar at age 10, and as a teenager, Rozen was practicing several hours a day. Minna Rozen (born October 1947) is a professor emeritus at the Department of Jewish History at the University of Haifa. Rozen served as head of the Diaspora Research Center at Tel Aviv University, and specializes in the history of Jews in the Ottoman Empire and the Balkan states. Biography Minna Rozen was born in Tiberias and grew up in Afula, Israel. She studied law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 1966, after her marriage, she returned to Afula and studied history at the University of Haifa. Later she completed her PhD in history at Tel Aviv University. Rima Rozen is a Canadian geneticist who is a professor at McGill University. Her current research focuses on genetic and nutritional deficiencies in folate metabolism and their impact on complex traits. Baron Roman Romanovich Rosen (russian: Роман Романович Розен) (February 24, 1847 – December 31, 1921) was a diplomat in the service of the Russian Empire. Biography Rosen was from a Baltic German nobility (with a Swedish title, obtained when Livonia and Pomerania were Swedish territories) that included musicians and military leaders. Shimshon Rozen
Shimshon Rozen ( he, שמשון רוזן; 12 September 1952 – 16 December 2011) was an Israeli Air Force weapon systems officer and a colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Rozen participated in the Yom Kippur War and 1982 Lebanon War, accumulating hundreds of operational flying hours. Rozen also participated in the IAF's historic flight over the Auschwitz concentration camp. Biography Shimshon Rozen was born and raised in the Arnona neighborhood of Jerusalem. He attended Rehavia high school. During the Six-Day War the family home was shelled by the Jordanian army, though the house was empty at the time. On 22 June 1982, Rozen received his Bachelor of Engineering BSc in electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University. After retiring from the army, Rozen studied for an MBA. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Peach-Pit. It was serialized in '' Monthly Comic Birz'' between the September 2002 and July 2007 issues. The individual chapters were collected and released into eight ''tankōbon'' volumes by Gentosha. The eight volumes were localized to North America by Tokyopop between March 2003 and June 2007. Rozenite is a hydrous iron sulfate mineral, Fe2+SO4•4(H2O). It occurs as a secondary mineral, formed under low humidity at less than as an alteration of copper-free melanterite, which is a post mine alteration product of pyrite or marcasite. It also occurs in lacustrine sediments and coal seams. Associated minerals include melanterite, epsomite, jarosite, gypsum, sulfur, pyrite, marcasite and limonite.
