Rovinj
Rovinj (; it, Rovigno; Istriot: or ; grc, Ρυγίνιον, Rygínion; la, Ruginium) is a city in Croatia situated on the north Adriatic Sea with a population of 14,294 (2011). Located on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, it is a popular tourist resort and an active fishing port. D303 is a state road connecting A9 (Croatia), A9 and A8 (Croatia), A8 motorways (Kanfanar interchange) to Rovinj. The road is 13.5 km long. The road, as well as all other state roads in Croatia, is managed and maintained by Hrvatske ceste, state owned company. Traffic volume Traffic is regularly counted and reported by Hrvatske ceste, operator of the road.
