Ross Gray (footballer)
Ross Gray (born 21 September 1992) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bonnyrigg Rose in the Scottish Junior Football Association, East Region. He has previously played in the Scottish Football League First Division for Livingston. Career Livingston A product of Livingston's youth team, Gray made his first team début as a substitute on 7 May 2011, against Alloa Athletic on the final day of the season. The following season on 9 August 2011, he came on as a substitute in Livingston's 5–0 victory over Stirling Albion in the Challenge Cup. After just two first team appearances he was loaned out to Berwick Rangers. Another loan spell followed and on 8 May 2012, he signed a one-year contract extension to remain with the club. Hill Of Beath
Hill of Beath (; sco, Hill o Beath) is a hill and a village in Fife, Scotland, just outside Dunfermline and joined to Cowdenbeath. On 16 June 1670 the Hill of Beath was the location of a celebrated meeting of the Covenanters at which preachers John Blackadder and John Dickson officiated. It was described as "a great gathering of persons who came from the east of Fife and as far West as Stirling". At that conventicle, during the height of the struggle against episcopal rule, the Covenanters brought swords and pistols to defend themselves against attack. The village at this location was built and owned by the Fife Coal Company, which rented the cottages to the miners for the duration of their employment in the mine. The Scottish Football League Third Division was the fourth tier of the Scottish football league system between 1994 and 2013. History The Scottish football league system had operated with three divisions in the Scottish Football League (SFL) from 1975. In 1994, as part of reconstruction to allow the admission of Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Ross County to the league, the SFL was recalibrated to give four divisions of 10 teams. The fourth tier was named the Third Division. In 1998, the Premier Division (top flight) clubs broke away to form the Scottish Premier League (SPL). Scottish Junior Football Association
The Scottish Junior Football Association (SJFA) is an affiliated national association of the Scottish Football Association and is the governing body for the junior grade of football in Scotland. The term "junior" refers to the level of football played, not the age of the players. The closest equivalent terminology would be non-League football in England, the difference being that junior football in Scotland was not similarly integrated into its football league system until 2021. Founded in 1886, the SJFA is responsible for disciplinary matters within the grade, certain player registration procedures and organising the annual Scottish Junior Cup. Lowland League
The Scottish Lowland Football League (SLFL, commonly known as the Lowland League) is a senior association football, football league based in central and southern Scotland. The league sits at level 5 on the Scottish football league system, acting as a feeder to the Scottish Professional Football League, and is above three regional leagues at level 6. Colin Cameron (footballer)
Colin Cameron (born 23 October 1972) is a Scottish football manager and former professional player, who is the assistant manager of Raith Rovers. Cameron started his playing career with Raith Rovers. He was part of the Rovers side that won the Scottish League Cup in 1994, leading to the team's first and only foray in Europe, which included the memorable ties against German giants Bayern Munich. He also won two First Division championships with Raith, and won the Scottish Cup with Hearts in 1998. Cameron made a £1.75m move to English club Wolves in 2001 and played for them in the Premier League. He was capped 28 times by Scotland, scoring twice. He made his international debut on 28 April 1999, in a 1–0 friendly win in Germany. Neil Janczyk
Neil Janczyk (born 7 April 1983) is a Scottish professional footballer and coach who plays for Easthouses Lily Miners Welfare. Career He spent his early career at Heart of Midlothian, but he could only manage a handful of appearances before being released. He is best remembered by Hearts fans for two assists in a 2–1 defeat of Edinburgh derby rivals Hibs in a match played at Easter Road on 3 November 2002. Janczyk was released by Hearts in 2005 and he then signed for St Johnstone. He scored his first and only goal for St Johnstone in a Scottish Challenge Cup tie against Partick Thistle.
