Rosemark is an unincorporated residential and farm community located along Tennessee State Route 14 in northeastern Shelby County, Tennessee, United States. Blues
Blues is a music genre and musical form which originated in the Deep South of the United States around the 1860s. Blues incorporated spirituals, work songs, field hollers, shouts, chants, and rhymed simple narrative ballads from the African-American culture. Bobby Bland
Robert Calvin Bland (born Robert Calvin Brooks; January 27, 1930 – June 23, 2013), known professionally as Bobby "Blue" Bland, was an American blues singer. Bland developed a sound that mixed gospel with the blues and R&B. Tennessee State Route 205
State Route 205 (SR 205) is a state highway in Shelby County, Tennessee. Route description SR 205 begins in Collierville at SR 57 (locally known as East Poplar Avenue) and is known by the name Collierville-Arlington Road, as this is the main route between the two towns. It continues north through Collierville as four lanes until it reaches the Wolf River, where it becomes a two-lane road. It crosses the Wolf River at the only remaining non-channelized portion in Shelby County. Once out of Collierville, SR 205 passes through the unincorporated communities of Fisherville and Eads. It crosses SR 193 (known as Macon Road) and continues until US 64/SR 15. North of US 64/SR 15, the road enters Arlington and becomes known as Airline Road. Tipton Rosemark Academy
Tipton-Rosemark Academy (often abbreviated TRA) is a private Christian school in Shelby County, Tennessee, United States. It is in the community of Rosemark, and near the border of Shelby and Tipton County. History Tipton-Rosemark Academy's inception came after local residents became concerned about their children's education following the removal of required government-sponsored Bible reading from public schools. An elementary school was established in a house in Munford, Tennessee and was christened Tipton Academy, after the county in which the school then resided. In 1967, a new facility was built in the nearby town of Brighton, Tennessee. In 1970, a kindergarten was added to the Brighton location, doubling the size of the establishment.
