Rosanan Samak
Haji Mohammad Rosanan bin Abdullah Samak (born 18 July 1965) is a Bruneian people, Bruneian association football, football coach and former player, who played as a Forward (association football), striker most notably with the Brunei M-League Team, Brunei team that played in the M-League System, Malaysian league in the 1990s. He was a member of the team that won the 1999 Malaysia Cup, which is regarded as Football in Brunei, Brunei football's crowning achievement. Club and coaching career Rosanan started his career with the Bruneian team Kota Ranger FC, the team won the domestic championship in 1987 and participated in that year's Asian Champions' Cup (an early edition of the AFC Champions League). Kota Ranger also won the BAFA-Standard Chartered Football League in 1992 and Rosanan was the top scorer. 2014 Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy
The 2014 Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy was the fifth edition of the invitational tournament hosted by Brunei. The tournament take place in Brunei from 9–23 August 2014. Eleven teams from the Asean Football Federation participate in the tournament for under the age of 22. The draw took place on 12 July 2014 at the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) House. The teams are divided into two groups. Host country, Brunei, were given a chance to choose which group they wished to be drawn in. Brunei chose to be drawn in group B. Indonesia was to confirm its participation in the tournament but was not included in the initial draw. 2012 Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy
The 2012 Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy was the fourth edition of the invitational tournament hosted by Brunei. The tournament took place in Brunei between 25 February and 5 March 2012. The competition is for players under the age of 22 and is being held only for the fourth time after 2002, 2005 and 2007. The tournament was not held in 2009 following the suspension imposed on the Brunei Amateur Football Association (BAFA) by FIFA. The organisers of the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy 2012 have offered US$15,500 as reward for the champions. The Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy for ASEAN Youth Football Championship, is the football tournament for youth players in Southeast Asia. It was opened to football players from ASEAN member states under the age of 21 years to participate in this. Tabuan Muda (English:''Young Wasps'') was a Bruneian football team that played in the Bruneian football league system, under the management of the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam. The Brunei FA Cup is Brunei's premier knockout tournament in men's football. The current format is administered by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) since 2012.
