Bon Scott
Ronald Belford "Bon" Scott (9 July 1946 – 19 February 1980) was an Australian singer and songwriter. He was the lead vocalist and lyricist of the hard rock band AC/DC from 1974 until his death in 1980. Born in Forfar in Angus, Scotland, Scott spent his early years in Kirriemuir. He moved to Australia with his family in 1952 at the age of six, living in Melbourne for four years before settling in Fremantle, Western Australia. With AC/DC Scott performed on the band's first seven albums: ''High Voltage'' (1975, Australian only release), ''T.N.T.'' (1975, Australian only release), ''High Voltage'' (1976, first international release), ''Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap'' (1976, not released until 1981 in the United States), ''Let There Be Rock'' (1977), ''Powerage'' (1978), ''Highway to Hell'' (1979). Ron Scott (sports Administrator)
Sir Ronald Stewart Scott (21 January 1928 – 7 August 2016) was a New Zealand sports administrator. He was the chairman of the organising committee for the 1974 Christchurch Commonwealth Games, and was Chef de Mission at the 1984 Olympic Games. In Wellington he helped establish the Westpac Stadium. He attended Otago Boys' High School and the University of Otago, then was a radio broadcaster in Timaru and a manager for Illott's advertising agency in Auckland. He served as chairman of the Hillary Commission, the forerunner to Sport New Zealand. Scott died in Upper Hutt on 7 August 2016, aged 88. His wife, Beverley Joan, Lady Scott, died in January 2019. Ron Scott
Ronald Scott (born July 21, 1960) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Scott played in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers and the Los Angeles Kings. Amateur career Scott played for the Cornwall Royals in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, and also with Michigan State University in the NCAA. Professional career Scott began his professional career playing in the Central Hockey League with the Tulsa Oilers. He was member of the Oilers team that suspended operations on February 16, 1984, playing only road games for final six weeks of 1983–84 season. Despite this adversity, the team went on to win the league's championship. Scott went on to play 28 games in the NHL with the New York Rangers and Los Angeles Kings.
