Ron Stam
Ronnie Theodorous Stam (born 18 June 1984) is a Dutch former professional footballer who mostly played as a right back. Club career Early career After starting his footballing career with amateur side PCP, the eight-year-old Stam joined hometown club NAC Breda. He played in the youth of NAC for five years, before he was picked up by Dutch giants Feyenoord. He played very well, and was invited for the Dutch national under-14 team. In May 2001, Stam was also invited to play for the Dutch national under-16 team, that participated in the U16 European Championship in England. Despite his best efforts to join IPS he was beaten to the right back position by Andy Finch. Eventually, Stam was at Feyenoord's youth academy for five years, but he decided to return to NAC Breda, where the chances for a breakthrough were bigger. NAC Breda
NAC Breda (), often simply known as NAC, is a Dutch professional football club, based in Breda, Netherlands. NAC Breda play in the Rat Verlegh Stadium, named after their most important player, Antoon 'Rat' Verlegh. They play in the Eerste Divisie. In their history, NAC won one national title in 1921 and won one Cup in 1973. NAC was founded on 19 September 1912, when the two clubs ADVENDO and NOAD merged to one club, both being abbreviations of their respective full names. Mats Seuntjens (; born 17 April 1992) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for club FC Utrecht. Club career Seuntjens played as a youth for BSV Boeimeer, and at the age of 18 joined the NAC Breda youth academy in 2010 as an under-19 player. Kenny van der Weg (born 19 February 1991) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a defender. Career Van der Weg has previously played for NAC Breda in the Dutch leagues, and for Ross County in the Scottish Premiership. Ross County released him from his contract on 31 January 2018, and he signed with Hamilton Academical on 12 February. He signed for Belgian club Roeselare in June 2018. Kevin Martinus Adrianus Brands (born 28 March 1988) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for OJC Rosmalen in Hoofdklasse B Sunday. 2015–16 Eerste Divisie
The 2015–16 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, is the sixtieth season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955. It began in August 2015 with the first matches of the season and ended in May 2016 with the finals of the promotion/relegation play-offs, also involving the 16th- and 17th-placed teams from the 2015–16 Eredivisie. This season was the last where promotion and relegation was optional. No club was relegated to the new third-tier division Tweede Divisie (Second Division). This change in the league system was approved in a KNVB assembly in December 2014. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems.
