Ronald Clyde Johnson (born September 29, 1949) is a former American politician in the state of Florida. Johnson was born in Alabama and came to Florida in 1952. He is a business and public relations consultant. He served in the Florida House of Representatives for the 8th district from November 7, 1978, to November 2, 1982, and the 6th district from November 2, 1982, to November 6, 1990, as a Democrat. Scott Clemons (born February 13, 1960) is an American politician of the Democratic Party. He is the former mayor of Panama City, Florida, and the former state representative for the 6th district from November 6, 1990 to November 3, 1998. While in the Florida Legislature, Clemons served as freshman class president, chairman of the telecommunications and utilities committee, and vice chairman of the banking and corporations committee. Earl Dewitt Hutto (May 12, 1926 – December 14, 2020) was an American politician who served as U.S. Representative from Florida's 1st congressional district.
