Romeo Morri (10 March 1952 – 8 June 2022) was a Sammarinese politician. Biography Morri graduated in pharmacy at the University of Bologna. A member of the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party, he served in the Grand and General Council from 1983 to 2012. The Captains Regent (Italian: ''Capitani reggenti'') are the two heads of state of the Republic of San Marino. They are elected every six months by the Grand and General Council, the country's legislative body. Normally the Regents are chosen from opposing parties and they serve a six-month term. The investiture of the captains regent takes place on 1 April and 1 October every year. This tradition dates back at least to 1243. Serravalle is a ''castello'' in northern San Marino. With a population of 10,878 inhabitants (of which 2,000 are of foreign origin) and an area of 10.53 km2, it is not only the most densely populated municipality in San Marino, but it also contains its largest settlement ( Dogana).
