Rudolph William Michael Feilding, 11th Earl of Denbigh, 10th Earl of Desmond (2 August 1943 – 23 March 1995), known as Rollo Feilding and Rollo Denbigh, was a British peer, advertising executive, Rolls-Royce dealer and racing driver. He was the eldest son of William Feilding, 10th Earl of Denbigh and Verena Barbara (née Price). Marriage He married Caroline Judith Vivienne Cooke on 2 September 1965. Earl of Denbigh (pronounced 'Denby') is a title in the Peerage of England. It was created in 1622 for William Feilding, 1st Viscount Feilding, a courtier, admiral, adventurer, and brother-in-law of the powerful Duke of Buckingham. The title is named after the Welsh town of Denbigh in the county of Denbighshire. Since the time of the third earl (1640), the Earl of Denbigh has also held the title of Earl of Desmond, in the Peerage of Ireland. William Rudolph Stephen Feilding, 10th Earl of Denbigh, 9th Earl of Desmond (17 April 1912 – 31 December 1966), was the son of Rudolph Feilding, Viscount Feilding, and Agnes Imelda Mary Harding. He was educated at The Oratory School when still based in Edgbaston. He fought in the Second World War where he gained the rank of captain in the service of the Coldstream Guards. Alexander Feilding, 12th Earl of Denbigh, 11th Earl of Desmond (born 4 November 1970), styled Viscount Feilding until 1995, is an English and Irish peer and landowner. He was a member of the House of Lords from 1995 to 1999. Life Denbigh is the son of Rollo Feilding, 11th Earl of Denbigh and his wife Judy Cooke. He lives at and manages the family estate, Newnham Paddox House, at Monks Kirby near Rugby in Warwickshire. In 2014, the family put part of the estate lands up for sale to help cover death duties.
