Bicycle rollers are a type of bicycle trainer that make it possible to ride a bicycle indoors without moving forward. However, unlike other types of bicycle trainers, rollers do not attach to the bicycle frame, and the rider must maintain balance on the rollers while training. Bicycle rollers normally consist of three cylinders, drums, or "rollers" (two for the rear wheel and one for the front), on top of which the bicycle rides. A belt connects the middle roller to the front roller, causing the front wheel of the bicycle to spin when the bicycle is pedaled. Kyle Matthew Roller (born March 27, 1988) is an American professional baseball first baseman. Career Amateur Roller played college baseball at East Carolina University from 2007 to 2010. In 2008 and 2009, he played collegiate summer baseball in the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) for the Bourne Braves, and was named both the league MVP and playoff MVP in 2009, leading the Braves to their first league title. He was inducted into the CCBL Hall of Fame in 2016. He was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 47th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft, but did not sign and returned to East Carolina for his senior season. William Roller
William Eyton Roller (1 February 1858 — 27 August 1949) was an English cricketer who played for Surrey from 1881 to 1890 when they were Champion County six years running. Roller was born in Clapham Common, the son of Frederick William Roller, a merchant of the Grange, Clapham Common, Surrey. He was educated at Westminster School, where he was a member of the cricket XI in 1873 and was the only one with a double figure average. He matriculated from Caius College, Cambridge in Autumn 1876. He did not play first-class cricket for the University but he made his debut for Surrey in July 1881 Kent. This was the first of 102 matches for Surrey, between then and 1890. Coraciidae is a family of Old World birds, which is known as rollers because of the aerial acrobatics some of these birds perform during courtship or territorial flights. Charles Summerville Roller Jr. (September 8, 1879 – March 16, 1963) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Furman University from 1901 to 1902 and at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) from 1907 to 1908, compiling a career college football coaching record of 14–10–5. Roller's 1902 Furman Purple Hurricane football team had wins over North Carolina A&M and South Carolina. From 1903 until 1913 Furman did not field a football team.
