Rolf Gammleng
Rolf Gammleng (5 January 1898 – 3 September 1984) was a Norwegian violinist and organizational leader. Gammleng was born in Moss. He chaired ''Norsk Musikerforbund'' from 1945, and served as President of'' Nordisk Musikerunion'' from 1952 to 1955. From 1959 to 1966 he was a member of the Norwegian Broadcasting Council. Moss, Norway
is a coastal town and a municipality in Viken county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Moss. The city of Moss was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt) and City in 1720. The rural municipality of Jeløy was merged with the city on 1 July 1943. The former municipality of Rygge was merged into it on January 1, 2020. Its administrative district covers areas east of the town, such as the island of Dillingøy in the lake Vansjø. Parts of the town are located on the peninsula of Jeløy. The city of Moss has 30,723 inhabitants (2012). Name The Old Norse form of the name was . Broadcasting Council (Norway)
The Broadcasting Council ( no, Kringkastingsrådet, or ''K-rådet'' for short) is an advisory board to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). The role of the Broadcasting Council is to discuss and comment on NRK's programming agenda for Norwegian radio and television, and to advise on administrative and financial matters. Cases and appeals can be referred to the Council either by the NRK director-general or by NRK viewers and listeners. The Broadcasting Council is also free to consider matters of their own choosing.
